We specialize in custom printed packaging. When you submit a request through our quoting system, the provided estimate is valid for exactly thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices may fluctuate based on raw material availability.
- Artwork Approval: Before custom printing begins, we require written approval of the digital proof.
- Color Matching: While we strive for exact color replication on our kraft and corrugated materials, slight variations may occur due to the natural textures of our eco-friendly substrates.
- Production Timeline: Lead times are estimates and commence only after final artwork approval and receipt of the agreed deposit.
3. Sustainability Standards
We pride ourselves on our sustainability commitment. Unless otherwise specified, our boxes, mailers, and bags are manufactured using recycled or responsibly sourced materials. Any specific environmental certifications requested by the client will be outlined in the formal quote.
4. Payment, Shipping & Returns
Invoices are due according to the terms specified on your official order confirmation. We arrange delivery through trusted logistics partners, and shipping costs are calculated based on order volume and delivery destination.
Because custom printed packaging is manufactured specifically for your brand, we cannot accept returns unless the goods are structurally defective or deviate significantly from the approved digital proof. Any claims must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.
